You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Account Suspension & Closure

ke333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has been detected on the account.
• The account is subject to a legal, regulatory, or law enforcement request.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

ke333 supports a range of payment methods popular among Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Before any withdrawal is approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:

Sports Betting

ke333 offers cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other domestic and international fixtures. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the stated odds are locked in. Bets placed on postponed, abandoned, or cancelled events will be settled in accordance with the specific sport rules published on the Platform.

Casino & Live Games

Casino games and live dealer titles operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or verified live feeds from established studios. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is made available by the respective game providers. ke333 does not control RTP values for third-party games. The following provisions apply to all casino gaming:

• A technical malfunction voids all related bets for that round. ke333 is not liable for losses incurred due to server errors, connectivity issues, or provider outages.

Prohibited Conduct

Intellectual Property

All content available on the ke333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of ke333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

In no event shall ke333's total cumulative liability to any user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
